Building Plan
The CKK Jordanki building features a spacious, modern interior designed to accommodate the needs of all visitors, including those with special requirements.
• Level 0
Foyer 0 serves as a central communication hub, ensuring easy movement throughout the building. This level provides access to the main entrances of the Concert Hall and Chamber Hall as well as the entrance to the lower side balcony. Nearby, a staircase leads to the mezzanine, upper side balcony, and higher up to the main balcony. This level also includes a cloakroom, toilets, and a passage to the Artystyczna Bistro restaurant. It is seamlessly connected to the rest of the building via a lift, offering accessibility from the car park on level -2. Emergency exits are available on each floor.
• Level -1
Foyer -1 offers direct access to the Concert Hall, leading through a corridor to the lower rows of the auditorium. It also provides access to the Rehearsal Room, as well as toilets and a cloakroom for event participants. A lift ensures quick and easy access from the underground parking garage.

Technical Amenities for Architectural Accessibility in the Foyer and the Concert Halls of Jordanki Cultural and Congress Centre
• Guiding Lines
At Foyer 0 and Foyer -1, we have implemented guiding lines with tactile guidance paving to facilitate safe and convenient navigation for individuals with visual impairments. These paths begin at the main entrance and lead to key locations, including the tactile building diagram, cloakroom, toilets, lift, Concert Hall, Chamber Hall, and emergency exit.
• Tactile Building Plan
Within the building, adjacent to the main entrance on the left side, visitors will find a typhlographic diagram of the Jordanki Cultural and Congress Centre. This tactile map, designed for individuals who are blind or visually impaired, conveys essential information through raised objects and Braille descriptions. Additionally, a YourWay Beacon is integrated into the diagram, allowing mobile devices with the YourWay app to receive real-time, voice-guided information about the facility’s layout.
• Braille Number Plaques
For enhanced accessibility, Braille number plaques are located on the back of seats in rows 6 and 17 of the Concert Hall and rows 1 and 17 of the Chamber Hall. Tactile guidance paving has also been installed at each of these adjusted seating areas.
• Seating for Individuals with Mobility Impairments
The Concert Hall auditorium features designated seating areas for individuals with mobility impairments, including wheelchair users and their assistants. These seats are conveniently situated between sections II and III, ensuring comfort and ease of access.
• Tactile Maps and Audio Guides
For those interested, tactile maps of the Concert Hall and the orchestra’s stage layout are available for rent at our ticket office. Additionally, visitors with visual impairments can rent audio guides, which work in conjunction with the guiding lines to provide clear, voice-assisted directions to key locations, including the Concert Hall, toilets, lift, and cloakroom.
• Induction Loop System
The Jordanki Cultural and Congress Centre is equipped with an induction (inductophonic) loop system, designed to enhance the auditory experience for individuals with hearing loss. This system allows users to receive clear and high-quality sound directly through the telecoil function found in most hearing aids.
• Accessibility of Corridors and Lifts
The building’s spacious interior ensures free and unobstructed mobility for individuals with special needs. Wide and long corridors facilitate safe and convenient horizontal movement, while vertical accessibility is made efficient with a comfortable lift that connects all floors, from Level -2 to Level +1. This lift is equipped with a voice announcement system for enhanced navigation. To further assist visitors, interactive navigation boards and buttons are positioned at an accessible height. The navigation board includes raised buttons with Braille numbering, allowing tactile guidance.
A lift also provides seamless access from the underground parking to the individual foyers. During events, trained Spectator Service employees are available to provide assistance as needed.
• Toilets
Fully accessible toilets are available on all floors, clearly marked for easy identification.
Each facility is designed to accommodate individuals with special needs and is equipped with an integrated alarm system connected to the Building Management System, ensuring prompt assistance if required.
• Cloakrooms
The primary cloakroom (Cloakroom A) is located on Level 0, while two additional cloakrooms (Cloakrooms B and C) are situated on Level -1.
